A great experience with Cathedral Autocentre. Tim was very helpful and accommodating with visiting times to check a car that I wanted to purchase, staying open a little longer to make that possible. I was able to see the car and Tim made the purchase very straight forward and hassle free. I have since collected the vehicle and my grandson now has his first car! Thanks very much to Tim and his team.
Fantastic garage! Been here a couple of times since moving to the area and the services provided, I couldn’t ask for more. The mechanics explain in full detail and provide WhatsApp videos of the car and issue there and then which is brilliant. Great advice on next step actions! Would highly recommend.
My sons car had a fuel leak, after ringing round several garages Cathedral were the only ones who could look the same day even though they were very busy. Took it down and left it with them. Dave rang and advised what the problem was and what the cost would be. He also advised that he thought the cost out weighed what the car was worth which I really appreciated as most garages just see pound signs. Lovely bloke and honest with it. Thank you Dave, i will be seeing you in future with any issues that a rise with our vehicles.
My Tyre Burst down the road and had to pull up just outside Cathedral Autocentre. The guys changed the wheel to my space saver for me there and then free of charge. Tried to offer a bit of money but wouldn’t take it, really helped me out!
I booked a service and a MOT online. When I arrived at the garage due to an admin error the garage wasn't expecting me. Despite this, they managed to take my car and fit it in. While the car was there, I got a call where the mechanic explained what repairs were needed and how much it would cost. Everything was explained to me clearly.
