Went on the 23rd of december, 2 days before christmas! Had a few major issues with my car and Dave managed go fix it! Took my car in at 10am, not realising they’re closing at 12pm and he agreed to take a look it. He managed to fix it in 3 hours after rushing to find the parts for it and stayed an extra hour to just fix my car. He saved my christmas due to travelling long distance for family. It was a true shock, felt like a christmas miracle!
Absolutely amazing service at Cathedral Autocentre. Booked our car in for a routine service, unfortunately the service brought up a leaking turbo which needed an immediate replacement and could not be driven due to the danger it posed. Dave was more than accommodating for all our needs and couldn't do more to help us. A fantastic experience On Tuesday 21st October my car broke down on Cathedral Road junction just outside the Cathedral Autocentre. The situation looked a bit terminal, as there was smoke coming out of the bonnet and rear of my car. I switched the engine off and opened the bonnet to see if I could find what the cause was. A great experience with Cathedral Autocentre. Tim was very helpful and accommodating with visiting times to check a car that I wanted to purchase, staying open a little longer to make that possible. I was able to see the car and Tim made the purchase very straight forward and hassle free. I have since collected the vehicle and my grandson now has his first car! Thanks very much to Tim and his team.
Fantastic garage! Been here a couple of times since moving to the area and the services provided, I couldn’t ask for more. The mechanics explain in full detail and provide WhatsApp videos of the car and issue there and then which is brilliant. Great advice on next step actions! Would highly recommend.
