Well, the place looks ok, but the worst part is the management. The lobby is disgusting as I noticed it when I wanted to pick up an application. There are people smoking on their balconies and I even saw a lady walking out of her apartment with a lit cigarette in her mouth. How gross is tha? The tenants have big dogs, not the the standard small dog policy. I asked a tenant where i could find the manager to get information of the place and i got a "good luck with that" response.
