I only put 1 star but wish I could have put no star, we have been using this transportation for a week and has been a horrible experience, We had scheduled pick for 9 for an appointment at 10 and they always arrive late, always an excuse saying they are 10 min away which eventually turns into 1 hour of waiting for pick up time and then for pick to head back home they were on time but the person was heading down and the driver didn’t wait at all.
