DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT SERVICE!!! My baby and I had a scheduled pick-up today at 12:15 PM. Since I hadn’t received a confirmation call, I contacted MAS to confirm the details and get information about the transport. They are the worst! The dispatcher was very rude and they tell you one time they're confirming for then come thirty minutes after the time. If I could give them a negative ten, I would.

Again this company disappoints in their service to their clients. My father has been traveling with them for about 2 months and the driver is very rude. I made a complaint before but it falls on deaf ears.

Fantastic company to work with. Moved my mother from Bridge View Nursing Home in Whitestone down to Brooklyn. They were willing to pick up my mother from a location that no other ambulance company would service. They gave us an accurate estimate. Staff was professional and reassuring with my mother. They also made great time on the trip. Highly recommended!
