Couldn't have asked for better service. They were very helpful and considerate. We had an oversized wheelchair to transport and the vehicle with the powerlifts worked great for us. After almost a year of being homebound, we were able to get out and support autism research and enjoy live music. Thank you Cathay Express for all your kindess and patience!!!

WOW! This is cool! I didn't even know you guys had this video. If my grandma and grandpa watched Youtube, your video would be in favorites. I thank you on behalf of them)). They love you guys for your on time, professional service. They refuse me and my dad's rides sometimes saying that they would rather ride with that nice guy, I can't remember his name, but I think its car number 14. I hope you guys continue being awesome as you are. I definitely recommend you to all of my friends and accomplices.

This transportation pu my grandma. They are was perfect. They are was exactly on time. And driver was very nice. He open door for my grandma, helped her to go in. I love their service. I absolutely can recomend Cathay express. And will use theme again.

This is the worst medical transportation service ever!! On 3/5/16, they lost my 76 year old mother. Cathay Express is responsible for transporting my mother to and from her dialysis appointment which is 5 minutes from her residence. When I called Cathay 2 hours after my mother expected arrival time to inquire about my mother's whereabouts, Cathay was clueless.
