I have been taking my 98 year old Mom for a perm and haircut to Cathay Salon for a couple years now. Raymond does a fantastic job and Mom loves her new hairdo each time. Her curls lasts a few months and the perm doesn't ruin her hair or over dries it out. My hair was really long, it took some time to get that long . I asked to keep the length and cut just the dead ends. And long layers. My hair is very short and un even. Showed a picture for reference. Looks nothing like the photo. I do not like my hair cut.
