十来个办理业务的客人排队，就开了一个窗口，两个工作人员一起在一个窗口给一个客人办理业务，等了十分钟，也不见再开一个窗口，果断走人。这样的服务态度国泰总部是不是可以改进一下

I wished that I can give 0 star for this branch. Poor and unprofessional Customer Services. I opened several accounts with Cathay Bank in different branches, never been asked for the Social Security Card. But ONLY Bensonhurst branch, who cannot opened a joined account for my daughter and me because my daughter didn't carry her Social Security card. I wish the bank can hire ppl with better work enthusiasm.
