这家银行的管理人员是掉钱眼里了吗？过去前台想要打印月结账单说要收取5块钱一份的费用，工作人员说因为他们每月都会寄信件给我们。这是收取费用的原因。。。但是我开通的是无纸化。。用邮件接收的，因为想要节约一些纸张，毕竟平时确实用不到这些东西，但没想到需要的时候去银行打印还需要收取5块一份的费用。。这在其他银行是从来不趁遇见过的，令人震惊。相当差劲的银行服务
