Ms. Wang at this bank is incredibly patient and responsible. She really took the time to help and was thorough with all the details.

Staffs here are very friendly and professional, very good services. manager Linda always welcome customers with a smile and I always feel welcomed, and I also like the atmosphere of this branch too.
The worst bank I have ever used. The customer service was very bad. The management lied about being able to reopen an account and after they sent me to go buy a money order because they wouldnt take cash, they then said sorry can't help you. Had an HSBC account previously and was transferred over to this pathetic excuse for a bank. Stay Far Away. PS, there were a lot of other issues, but this is the one that caused me to do a review. I would give them a 0 if possoble
Horrible service since they have taken over from HSBC this year. No one answers the phones and no voice mail option, even when you have a personal extension. Their 1-800 customer service number also does not answer after over 10 minutes of holding.
