Fantastic little bank. Very personal. Great customer service. All friendly employees. You don't have to be Chinese to use Cathay bank. I like the friendly small bank feel. I use this branch when at this end of town. Very happy with Cathay bank. My wife is chines e. Her family has Cathay as their main bank. Also Chase bank.
Nice inside decoration. This bank has been serving the community for years. Better customer service than other asian banks in the area.
Take my grandma to this bank every month the people are friendly and helpful.
