This particular branch is terrible at customer's services especially the management of this branch..The one I dealt with was Winnie Lu (?? correct spelling) who was 100% liar whom refused to give me the cash I asked for..She told me to go to Rancho Cucamonga branch..My cash would be ready for me there..When I got to Rancho Cucamonga branch, they had no knowledge whatsoever, I confronted her at that instance via phone calls..She flatly denied and then said she had all my cash as I wanted..If I was her Superior's, she would be... read more
