On Saturday 7/26 i went i to Edison branch (1 hour ride from Hackensack) I never been so racially profiled.. . I had a check the bank didn’t want to cash my check although i had a couple of forms ID). The manager was extremely short and rude for no reason, i was asking question as to why i didn’t deposit the check. They were very nice & helpful. Went out of their way for me. Used their ATM easily, with no problem. Not sure why someone below said it was outdated? Anyway, thank you!
This is my favorite bank. Everyone is super friendly and always helps me with my many, many banking related issues. In the h-mart shopping plaza so tons of parking and good eats when you’re done!
The bank staffa are very friendly and good service.
