My family was planning to inquire about mortgage today. The parkings with Cathay bank sign were occupied, so we parked at the side which is close to the massage place. Their staff came out immediately, told us we can’t park there, and claimed that all the parkings there showing “customer only” on the ground are theirs. Unlike Cathay bank, these parkings don’t have their signs saying it is for “Cathay Bank” and the whole alley has this wording on the ground, so I don’t believe this is true.
