Excellent doctor, always makes the experience pleasant. Straightforward & patient with explanations.
Dr. Roos was very compassionate and made a priority to ask and listen to what I’m experiencing at 4 months PP. Happily referred me to PFT and got me on an action plan to help with my recovery. Would recommend!
Appointment was on time and Dr. Roos was very friendly and made me feel heard and comfortable.
Dr Roos is very patient, caring and gives great insight on everything! Although, the receptionist need some work. First receptionist I dealt with kind of belittled me for being Self pay, even asked me if I wanted to cancel because the self pay cost was going to be “significantly high” but couldn’t even tell me an estimate for a regular appointment follow up- nothing invasive was happening just talking about my next steps.
