I was a new patient and very impressed with Dr. Roos for her professional yet warm and friendly demeanor. She talked with me about my symptoms and made a quick diagnosis. I felt very comfortable asking questions and not rushed. I look forward to my follow-up visits.
Staff was courteous and friendly. Short wait time in waiting room and in exam room. First time seeing this doctor. She was very personable and showed concern for my condition. Have a definite care plan now.
