Dr Roos is very patient, caring and gives great insight on everything! Although, the receptionist need some work. First receptionist I dealt with kind of belittled me for being Self pay, even asked me if I wanted to cancel because the self pay cost was going to be “significantly high” but couldn’t even tell me an estimate for a regular appointment follow up- nothing invasive was happening just talking about my next steps. I was a new patient and very impressed with Dr. Roos for her professional yet warm and friendly demeanor. She talked with me about my symptoms and made a quick diagnosis. I felt very comfortable asking questions and not rushed. I look forward to my follow-up visits.
Staff was courteous and friendly. Short wait time in waiting room and in exam room. First time seeing this doctor. She was very personable and showed concern for my condition. Have a definite care plan now.
