I had a poor experience staying at this apartment. Upon arrival on a Sunday, I was given the wrong lockbox code, and no one responded to the support call during out-of-hours. After calling an “emergencies” number, I was told I had the wrong person, leaving me waiting for a response via WhatsApp. When I finally got into the apartment (Flat 4), the fridge had a horrible smell, like vomit.
