Dr. Willis is kind and cares about her patients. Great denist.
Called to see about an appointment to get a tooth pulled and I asked if they took a certain insurance and the lady said for children yes so I asked a few more questions and she said they didn’t have any days open before the month ends which I need an appointment before this month ends because my insurance drops im 19 now. Customer service is dead. Recently moved to the area, actively looking for a dentist, and the receptionist sounded annoyed that I called and inquired about scheduling an appointment. Safe to say we will be taking our business elsewhere.
