Cates told me to fix my transmission it would cost a little over $2000. I agreed. He called me back and said that a few more things were needed. I called later only to find out my bill was over $4000. It took me a few weeks to come up with the money. After I did pay and pick up the truck, it ran no better than it did when I dropped it off. Complete rip off
