Folks arrived on time did a good inspection showing me pictures of the various ducks around the house. We’re told that the ducks were very clean and did not need additional cleaning at this time. Saved me a lot of money. The workers were also very nice and friendly
I give it 3 stars because we had to flip around majority of our air vents because they put them back on facing the wrong way. What a pain that was. Also had to do a good bit of clean up on the tops of furniture and the floors . For the amount of money I paid I expected better.
Did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Was very the professional and back up their work.
Chase arrived promptly within the time scheduled. He exceeded all my expectations and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary repairs. He also found a split in my ductwork that I didn’t know was there and quickly repaired it. His fees are very reasonable too! I’ve been a Realtor for over 18 years and have met many techs in the HVAC industry…He by far was a breath of fresh air and will strongly recommend him and Cates Services to everyone I know…He has us chillin now!!
