I have had the privilege of working with Jim a couple of times. First time was 2010, I believe, for my 5 year old son, and again last year for myself. He is very honest and to the point. He is very inviting and genuinely cares for each individual person. He is my go to hands down.

We work with Dr. Cates regularly in our employment. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and a real professional. He is highly thought of by the courts and the legal profession.

I tried to call and get information on some testing that I need completed. I talked with the psychologist directly. He was very adimit and unprofessional. He immediately said it would be denied and a whole bunch of other excuses

He was very to himself and didnt explain anything to me after I took a test he administered to me for cps. He is almost too doctor like, almost robotic.
