Cates built our dream home five years ago and has delivered exemplary support after the initial completion including a project addition and repair/refinement work. Working with Cates was an absolute pleasure. From Jennifer's project planning and management, to Jeff's daily conversations and meetings with us regarding the details, millwork, and progress of our build, the entire process from start-to-finish was fantastic. Cates helped make the vision the for our home come to life. We just celebrated our 3rd year in our home, and Cates has been receptive and helpful as minor issues inevitably appear. We love our home and couldn't think of working with anyone else.
We used Cates Fine Homes for a remodel project and everything was perfect! They worked within our budget, made excellent recommendations to the design but also listened to our input and communicated well throughout the project.
