We worked with Cates for the 2022-2023 build of our custom home. The experience and end result were both better than we ever anticipated. Working with Cates was an absolute pleasure. From Jennifer's project planning and management, to Jeff's daily conversations and meetings with us regarding the details, millwork, and progress of our build, the entire process from start-to-finish was fantastic. Cates helped make the vision the for our home come to life. We just celebrated our 3rd year in our home, and Cates has been receptive and helpful as minor issues inevitably appear. We love our home and couldn't think of working with anyone else.
We used Cates Fine Homes for a remodel project and everything was perfect! They worked within our budget, made excellent recommendations to the design but also listened to our input and communicated well throughout the project. We were very happy with the end result and hope to use them again in the future.
One of the measures of a new home comes a few years down the road. Our Cates-built home is nearing 7 years, and the quality touches have made a difference. The painting and interior finish work is especially where you can tell the difference from many houses of the same age. We are still satisfied with the workmanship.
I have worked with the Cates family to renovate my own home, which I love the results, and I have referred them to many real estate clients who are also happy with them. They are great to work with!
