I called yesterday morning for a quote on an issue we are having and they were out yesterday afternoon. They were honest and took the time to explain the different options. I will definitely be using this company in the future. The office staff was pleasant and the service was excellent!
My appreciation started with Melanie answering the phone and getting my order set up and promptly it be Thanksgiving week. Brock and Eli came, hustled in, went through what needed to be done, replaced some lights, took down a ceiling fan, put together one,, and was out of my house in an hour. They cleaned everything, carried off the trash etc. I would rate them a 10 if I could. Excellent work in Tandem from these 2! So happy. Thank you Cates Electric !!
First of all, I’d like to start off by saying as soon as I walked through the front door to talk to them about electrical work I needed done I was greeted by melanie (she’s a hoot) and also met Mike Cates at that point I pretty much knew that I had come to the right company , after going over a few things that I needed I was told I would meet an estimator that turned out to be Kevin (super nice guy).
