Cates electric is top notch. We had a huge project which included a home addition and a huge renovation on our existing 1930’s home. Cates has gone above and beyond to meet all our electrical needs. I called yesterday morning for a quote on an issue we are having and they were out yesterday afternoon. They were honest and took the time to explain the different options. I will definitely be using this company in the future. The office staff was pleasant and the service was excellent!
My appreciation started with Melanie answering the phone and getting my order set up and promptly it be Thanksgiving week. Brock and Eli came, hustled in, went through what needed to be done, replaced some lights, took down a ceiling fan, put together one,, and was out of my house in an hour. They cleaned everything, carried off the trash etc. I would rate them a 10 if I could. Excellent work in Tandem from these 2! So happy. Thank you Cates Electric !!
