Do not trust them. Called and schedualed service for my work truck. Was very explicit in needing done on that day because of needing to get back to work. It costs me a lot of money to be off work. Go to drop off truck as scheduled and was told it would be the next day now. After being told they could do it. Can not do that. They knew that and schedualed the service as discussed. Now eant to change what they said they would do. I will not ever take a vehicle there nor recommend anyone do so. They do not keep their word.
Dave and his crew did a great job replacing a crunched rear bumper for us. They managed to slip us into the queue earlier than initially thought because we are relocating out of state and needed to get the work done quickly. Very professional, efficient, and kind.
I just had Body Work ( w Chuck n Dave), and Mechanica work ( w Ron). Fantastic,professional work by both. Quality of everything around us has decreased,it seems. Glad it still matters at Cates. Very nice, sharp, Office staff, too !!!
