Excellent service. Cambridge thoroughly explained the process and completely followed through. He created a video that showcased our parent's home. His advertising was broad and attracted many. Prior to the auction, bidders were vetted to ensure them as qualified. Our family was pleased with the service.

We worked with Cambridge Cates to sell our childhood home after our parents passed. What an amazing experience! First of all, he created amazing videos and photos of our beloved home that captured the charm and nostalgia of growing up there.
