Absolutely amazing above and beyond service!! my dryer went out (on a sat.) I called there was no answer, no answering machine, less than 2 mi from my house so I drove over, sign on the door said to call or text. I text the owner was in another state dealing with a family emergency /loss. Still took the time to answer my text. and through a third party got the part to me with no person on duty. Very unprofessional. I called to ask if i could bring my dishwasher in for repair. They told me to bring it on in and specied all of their policies. I drove 25 miles just to be told they don't like to work on dishwashers. After talking to the tech and seeing the inside of their shop I was glad they didn't want to work on it. Go to Bud Block. They are professional and organized. Their busy but good.
Fair pricing on refurbished items. The owner was helpful and honest as we were questioning the feasibility of repairing our vintage appliances or purchasing new ones.
One of the refrigerators didn’t end up fitting the spot but they wouldn’t let me return it and now six months after purchasing a washer and dryer they are giving me endless problems.
