They tell you come to your appointment when you come your appointment you’re waiting. Truck is ahead of you. I don’t know how that’s work.
The security guards are rude and can careless about you or your time. Appointments only matter to them when it affects them they will turn you away at a hour before appointment tell you to come back then when you get back waste your day. Horrible experience.
8am appt, arrived few mins early to the gate. But I sat for almost 15mins behind the truck that was ahead of me at the gate. Once I got to the window, the nice lady told me they only allow 3 trucks back to the docks at a time so I would have to wait for one of them to leave before I could proceed. About 10mins later she tells me I’m good to go to the docks and that I could back in to any dock besides dock 21 (reserved for LTL).
