BEWARE THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY IS A SCAM I am VERY unhappy with the service I have received. 3 UV-C wands were ordered on April 23rd. On April 24th, I was sent an email with a USPS tracking #. I have been trying to track this order since then. It appears to be stuck somewhere and not moving!!! I have followed up with them and was told that I had 13-17 business days for shipping (as I had chosen supposedly, however, I was never given a shipping option!!). DO NTO ORDER TOTAL SCAM GROUP - I ordered two items from the on April 24th and was promissed delivery in 10 days. Filed a complaint with Paypal 3 weeks after purchase date. First it was in Ontario, CA now it's in Bloomington, CA and never recieved by USPS. Awaiting response from paypal for my 300$ refund.
Totally unimpressed. I ordered an item on April 11th and paid for express handling. My package was picked up on April 14 by a "shipping partner - NEWGISTCS" and had since made it all the way from Ontario, CA to LA in a short 14 days. Perhaps they walked it! The package still has not made it to USPS for shipping. My suggestion is to get a new shipping partner.
