Ray is an absolute joy to work with. I work at a large company, and Ray is one of our favorite caterers in all of RDU. His packages give options at different price points, and if you're looking for convenience, the individually packed meals are so easy for cleanup and everyone loves them. Ray is easy to work with and extremely reliable. The food is great and large portions. Highly recommend!

Ray and his team go above and beyond!!! We booked Ray for our wedding catering and had full trust in him and his team from our first phone call. He truly cares about bringing the best quality service and food to his customers. He is so attentive and takes major initiative as a vendor! Ray (& Hibachi Xpress) were perfect for our holiday party. We had plenty of food! Most people were able to get seconds, and did so quite quickly! Ray was prompt, easy to work with, and checked in along the way to make sure everything was going to plan! I would highly recommend Hibachi Xpress!
