This is hands down some of the best crawfish I’ve ever had. The flavor is insane. No need for sauce!!! Unless that’s your thing… but mine were perfect and juicy and amazing as is.
I have been using Catering Cajun for the past 2 years for the Influential BWN retreat. They are consistently delicious, their team is amazing and their customer service is fantastic. They can also send attendants to work the event and setup/clean-up which is a huge help when you're the party host to take something off your plate. I highly recommend their meatballs...wow! So good! I will definitely continue using Catering Cajun for our future Influential BWN events and at our venue, Fête in Baton Rouge.
We used Catering Cajun for a family gathering. The food was delicious and everyone really enjoyed it! Delivery was better than expected and Connie was lovely to work with.

I worked with Connie on the Catering Cajun team to put together a quote on very short notice for a large event. Our team loved their menu options, and they have items perfect for an upscale event. Their customer service was also excellent, and they were able to put a great menu and quote on food and service together in a short time. We will definitely keep them in mind for the future!
