Phyllis does a very professional job and I would highly recommend her. She catered my friend's birthday party.
Common sense, people EVERY negative review on here was posted on the SAME DAY except one (which was posted a day after). It's obviously the same disgruntled person. Whomever posted those is not too bright. I've never used Catering by Phyllis and do not know her. But I will post a positive review to counter-balance the BS negative reviews.
Great food, Great service – I had Phyllis make two pecan pies for my father's 90th birthday party. He grew up in Oklahoma so they needed to be traditional pecan pies. Phyllis NAILED it! The pies were delicious, everyone loved them, and they looked beautiful. She delivered on time at the agreed-on price and had them packaged so they were safe for transport. I will definitely call Phyllis in the future!
Interesting menu options I think the best working relationships are when both parties are clear about the project. Phyllis has always delivered to my expectations and I look forward to calling her for my catering needs. I love it that she can address dietary preferences.
Several nice experiences. I'm quite surprised by the reviews (seems perhaps written by one disgruntled person?). I've been to several events which Phyllis has catered and the food has been beautifully prepared, presented and tasty.

My boyfriend ordered a special personalized 3D cake from Phyllis with special flavors. She spoke to my boyfriend on 7 different occasions with what he wanted on the cake. Phyllis assured him that she can make and deliver on the special order. First she charged him $240.00. Then when it was nearing my birthday, he kept calling Phyllis and she did not reply until the night before my birthday party. She still insisted that she will deliver the cake on time. Not to be trusted My experience with Catering By Phyllis was the most dreadful and the utmost horrendous experience I've had in my lifetime. She was misleading with her experiences as a caterer and her price fluctuates, just like playing the stock market. Seriously, Phyllis Rosen should be put out of business. I had no idea I can post reviews online until a good friend of mine had a cow when I shared my experience with Phyllis.
