I attended an event at the Museum of Flight here in Seattle, WA. Catering by M&S employees were all; well groomed wearing clean uniforms, polite, friendly, and attentive especially when clearing plates from guests after the meal. The meal was beef brisket, fish, mac'n'cheese, green beans with mushroom, salad, bread'n'butter, and cobbler dessert. It's the shop in the museum of flight. Got a roast beef sandwich and it was pretty good.
