I am so disappointed to have to write this review, but this company was recently purchased by new owners, Jeff Ware and his wife. The owners need a lesson in customer service. Without one conversation, they decided they will not cater any longer to my family and did not have the decency to have a conversation or handle things professionally. RecommendedCatering by Michael’s catered Thanksgiving for our family this year and it was terrific. Easy, good food, affordable, great communication, friendly and very professional. We used the pick-up option at Banner Day Camp. All the food was beautifully packed and labeled. I reheated the food at home using easy to follow instructions provided my Michael’s. Served it all in my serving pieces. Couldn’t have been smoother. All round terrific experience. We’ll definitively use your service again. Thank you.
Catering by Michaels served onsite at our office reception. Not only was the service and food excellent, the décor they arranged was incredible! Everyone was floored by the entire experience and cannot wait to secure them for future events. Stacey, David, Victor and their teams were an absolute dream to work with. 5 stars, A-Plus and 100%!
We received a lot of great feedback from our wedding guests about our food and we couldn't agree more. Every appetizer that was supposed to be hot, was hot. I know that seems like a weird thing to share, but sometimes weddings don't always even have that. Overall our experience was wonderful from the food tasting and letting us ask too many questions to when it came to the day of the wedding. They were so accommodating and delicious! They catered our wedding and still 3 years later people talk about the food! We cant say enough great things about them from the flavor combinations to the professionalism and options offered. They came on after I wasn't thrilled with the food from another top Chicago caterer and we made a last minute switch and Im SO GLAD WE DID!!! 5 star all around! One of the best decisions from our wedding day!
Michele and her team at Catering by Michaels are amazing! They always do a fantastic job catering events. It’s like magic when they serve a delicious meal to hundreds of people, on time and hot! The food is incredible and the service is as well. Way to go Catering by Michaels!!!
