I am so disappointed to have to write this review, but this company was recently purchased by new owners, Jeff Ware and his wife. The owners need a lesson in customer service. Without one conversation, they decided they will not cater any longer to my family and did not have the decency to have a conversation or handle things professionally. By way of background, I have used CBM for the last 12 years for every Jewish holiday and recently for my daughter's mitzvah at the end of April. About a week ago, I emailed the sale... read more
