We used Finleys for my daughters wedding. They were very nice and the food was excellent. However one of the things I was most concerned about was that the food be at the reception for a while. Within 10 minutes of the bride and groom arriving at the reception I was informed that they had overbooked the evening and would have to start pulling the food. 20 minutes latter and a lot of begging and they agreed to at least let the bride and groom fix their plates! I used Catering by Finley to do my reception September 2008 and they were wonderful. The food was excellent. Our guests really enjoyed it as did we. I asked for suggestions on planning the menu and what they recommended was wonderful. Quanah is a blast to work with.
