Chef Anthony and Team created such an incredible wedding dining experience for us and our guests! The presentation and quality of the cocktail hour spread was truly spectacular, complete with the mozzarella man doing his thing, it was just a dream to walk into! We had Anthony cater our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! The food was amazing and the service was top tier. Before finalizing the menu for the wedding, we had a tasting where we could try the food we were interested in having. We were able to try everything from the hors d'oeuvres to the dessert (go with the chocolate chip cookies!).
