My husband and I were totally blown away by our tasting, during which Chef Anthony prepared each of our passed apps and dinner selections by himself on a tiny electric stove/oven. We figured there was no way that the food could still be that good the day of and were shocked when it was somehow better! Chef Anthony's menu was easily a highlight of our wedding day! Chef was super easy to work with and meshed seamlessly with my coordinator, bar staff, venue staff, etc. It was a treat to design a menu with someone who could so easily grasp our preferences and ask questions to clarify + understand exactly what we wanted.
