We have used him on all of our special occasions, and the chef & his team never cease to amaze us with their delicious menus and quality service. Anthony and his entire catering team are absolutely AMAZING. I attended a wedding in Upstate NY recently which was catered by Chef Anthony. The food was delicious from the appetizers to the Italian dinner served Family style. It was amazing that all was served hot & refilled when needed. Would highly recommend hiring him for your next event.
We hired Chef Anthony and his team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! From the tasting to the day of the event, everything was seamless. Catering by Anthony Mario catered by daughters baby shower. He was a pleasure to work with. I gave him the theme we were going with and he came up with the menu. The food was AMAZING. He brought wait staff and they were very attentive and helpful.
