What a gentleman! My wife and I were first introduced to Chef Anthony at the tasting for our wedding via Pioneer Farm. He was so nice, kind and collaborative. We have high expectations when it comes to the food for our wedding and he surpassed our highest. Our wedding day food (which is included at our venue Pioneer Farm) was catered by Chef Anthony (@chef_anthonymario) and was beyond exactly what we asked for. He took details at our tasting, and even though we didn’t want a cake, he insisted on making us a small one, which we brought home.
