She is terrible. Nothing more to say. If you hire her, do so it you own risk.
I attended a wedding reception catered by her last weekend, and it was a complete disaster. The food wasn't served until 10:00 at night (for a 5:00 wedding) because of the incompetence of her own staff, and by then most of the guests had left. I definitely wouldn't recommend her.
