Ed's catered our golf Christmas luncheon. He was on time, the food was excellent, he cleaned up after everyone, and insisted people take leftovers home. Best caterer we ever had!!
Ed catered two meals for our 55+ community. He was to arrive 1 hour prior to each meal. He was 30 minutes late for lunch and 40 minutes late for dinner. Lunch was okay, but dinner was terrible. Cold and not tasty. Chicken fajitas without peppers and onions or cheese, sour cream, etc When my wife, who was in charge of this event, told Ed that she’d received some complaints about the dinner, he blew up and threatened her!
