A guy working for Drew was cutting weeds in the back of our place and slung a rock breaking the window in the door. Drew agreed to take care of the repairs. It required a new door which he purchased. Since he didn’t have anyone to remove the old one and install the new one, I had my maintenance guy do it. Drew agreed to this.
