Catenary C Corp wrote an illegal contract agreement for me to remove my Medina stone steps on my property worth $3,000. I planned to let him keep the Medina Steps for his business. He removed the Medina Stone Steps by breaking them out of the cement and leaving all broken stone and all broken cement on my property in my front yard without obtaining a city permit either. After I informed the owner that I’d be reporting a claim on him to NY contractors board and notifying city that he didn’t obtain a permit he finally proceeded to consent to clean debris off my property. This company has done a large portfolio of projects including *** College, churches and tons more; therefore, he knows very well how to obtain permits and clean up a project is required by permit. Therefore, I’d be very careful before I let this “big company do any projects for me or anyone.”
