Lighting crews are rude and disrespectful...negligent on property rights..and have no respect for property rights. Also love to create hazardous driving conditions on where they decide they can park. Do not follow local or state laws. The foreman call me an asshole because I raised concern.
The project foreman on the Borden rd project swore at me when I told him that the traffic light is not working properly then acted as if he was threatening me
