booked an online appointment and the barbershop is closed. doors are locked. The barbershop supposedly opens at 9:00 & our appointment was for 11:15 so unsure why we were able to make an appointment if they are closed :(

I would put 4 stars but who convenience fee for opening on Sunday is unheard of.
