Stay far away from this company!!! They are just a middle man and outsource the installation even though their website makes it sound like they do it all "Once your permits are approved your solar system will then be installed. Our certified and highly experienced installers will have your installation completed in only a couple days". The company they had install my system in Colorado is now out of business so the great warranty on my $26k system is now worthless. Great solar company to work with! They were extremely professional and efficient! We are so excited to have solar.
BEWARE!!! The so called company Owen uses as the installers are incompetent, (Southards Solar). Yes Owen does sell good equipment and best prices, but he lied about his sub contractor and their abilities. Contract was signed in November, construction began Feb 1 and was found out to have been done with no permit/ drawings/ no anything. And they destroyed my roof, failed electrical inspection, failed structural, and are non compliant. Owen, at the Catch The Sun was the best to work with. Had a not so pleasant experience with Sunrun on another house, they would sell you the solar, then disappear. Owen was there the entire way of the process. Always there for questions and great to work with. Catch the Sun came in much lower priced with what seemed like better equipment/warranty to the 8 other companies that came knocking on my door. Thanks Owen, was a pleasure working with you!
