Impossible to get through to this company. They don’t answer the phone ever and it just goes to an automated voicemail and then hangs up on you. Have been trying to call for days. As an installer I’m trying to get some support as the device is not user friendly to configure.

Catch started off good. And then it went from bad to worse. It isny getting and... readings. Consistently disconnects.. Always logs out and in.. never idea if working or not. No one from solar company has been able to tell me if it works with new heat pump or new ev. So basically as paperweight now. I wish there was a better support mode. Money is better directed to a Battery with rebate in 2025
As an installer the commissioning side of things is a bit confusing and need guidance on site. However I tried to call a rep, no answer. He texted me back saying to call tech support. So I call tech support, no answer. Says they will return my call when they can, no return call. Seems like it could be good equipment but it's hard to tell when you can't fully understand how its operating.
