Would any body know if they will allow pets on the bus? I ask because I might have a vet appointment for my 19lb dog that I might need a ride for.

Awesome service. They’ve always been on time to pick me up. The staff is very friendly. Been using this service for about 10 years.

I have used this service off and on for years for my littles getting around. Van drivers have been great! Availability is a challenge sometimes which is the only reason I gave 4 stars. As long as I plan ahead, however, I've been able to get rides.

The only thing good was the bus driver. The driver was friendly, on time, and didnt cause any fuss. The representatives need to work on their customer service. I called to schedule a pick up to a doctors appointment because i am sick, they put a completly diffrent name than the one i spelled out for them down and disregarded the time i asked for leaving me to wait outside in cold temps for half an hour and un sure about being able to do a round trip as i was not wanting to make the driver wait too long outside.
