Moved to the area in 2023, couldn’t find a good barber for six months. Friends referred us to Antonio, let’s say we never looked back. Authentic barber shop, period.
The owner personally reached out, apologized and refunded me. The customer service especially from the owner was handled very professionally. The issue was acknowledged, resolved and feedback was taken seriously. I appreciate the way this was handled and have no further complaints.
I wouldn’t recommend walking in. It’s better to go only to a barber you know. I ended up with a barber who seemed inexperienced, and even a simple haircut wasn’t done right—there was no proper blending. I didn’t get what I asked for but still paid full price. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
