RecommendedReally nice people that take their time and care. I wish I could pay my bill online instead of having to mail payment or call and sit on hold.
By treating their patients with respect. They made my wife wait in a too warm and stuffy exam room & when she felt uncomfortably warm and asked staff in the hall if she could step out for air, she was told, " no, she'll be right in", and then waited at least 10 - 20 mins. longer in the same too warm, room. Horrifying since she was there for a follow up to having had Pneumonia and on a ventilator for almost 2 weeks. Are you Serious? This was yesterday, 8/20/2020
I called in the morning and was unable to get anyone on the phone. The closest I came is when a woman answered and put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I then made an online appointment for 12:15pm. I arrived at 12:14pm and called before entering as the sign on the door stated. That's when I was told even though I have an appointment, I will have to wait until the six people who arrived before me had their appointments. WHY DID I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IF I WAS JUST GOING TO BE TOLD TO WAIT?????????? I scheduled my day around th... read more

Since the Facebook page for Catawba Valley family medicine on Springs Road is not available now, I will leave this review for this location. Please take note this review is for the Catawba Valley family medicine location on Springs Road… I am being charged over $300 for a visit That took over two hours... and they did NOTHING. Well up until today I would say yes love this place but after today considering finding somewhere else. They usually letgo me come in with my husband so i can help him understand what they are telling him.But they got this new nurse and she said no not unless absolutely necessary ok it is necessary I’m his wife!! 😡😤
This is the best Urgent care facility around. The staff is compassionate and kind, the doctor, radiologist, and paramedics are AWESOME. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the way they've opened their hearts. Thank you all and God continue giving you wisdom thru these difficult times
