I was having some severe abdominal pain and my pcp was unable to see me for several days. I walked in yesterday morning about 7:30 and after I was checked in, I was immediately taken back to a room. My nurse, Susannah, was so caring and professional. She placed my IV so easily I didn’t even feel it! She drew blood, got some pain meds on board, as well as something for my nausea. I was seen at this place last nite for breathing issues. I want to give them points for the great job they did..They were very prompt with service. Alexis in the er is an awesome nurse..Very attentive to the patient....I high recommended this er ..
It all started and will end with how my daughter was treated as she was trying to sign end to be seen. We walk up to the window with Katie on her cell phone holding a conversation unrelated to work. She looks up at us and continues the convo. Melinda the lady beside her ask if we needed to check in and told us one moment she(Katie) will be right with us. Six and a half hours. Not any help at all. Testing my girlfriend for uterine cancer when we need to see if she has kidney stones. They made her get naked then left for an hour. It was an hour in between each and every time we saw someone whether for 2 seconds or longer. The room is dirty and the waiting room seems as though it’s a lottery on who is going to actually see a doctor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all no matter what. The disorganization and lack of care for patients is insane.
