If I could give this medical practice less than 1 star, I would. They recently took over my medical records after being a patient of Dr. Samuel Bowen for more than 10 years, at which time I received excellent and valued care. However, this practice has repeatedly dropped the ball with me. I had a sleep study scheduled on 6/8/18 and by 7/25 had still heard nothing from the doctor's office.
