We were given Catavan's contact details by our Insurance company to see if they could help after a bit of a mishap with a metal pole in a carpark ! Can't thank these guys enough! This morning on our way from Halls gap we were trying to find someone to help with a wheel alignment on our van as my husband noticed the suspension had moved when checking it yesterday. Because we were headed for Echua I called Catavan & Co and spoke to Ebony. She was so helpful when my husband explained what had happened and advised us to bring it to them, when advised what time our nav said that would be, she said they would stay open for us. Can’t express my thanks and the team’s professionalism enough. Turned up without appointment to see if they could fix my awning which has come adrift in gust of wind. 45 minutes later awning repaired so I could continue my journey. A big thank you!!
This morning as we were leaving Kerang, someone stopped us and asked if we were aware we had a noise coming from under the van. Unaware of an issue we jumped out and could hear a clunking noise when the van was towed forward. Unable to determine the issue, we decided to slowly head to Echuca as planned.
