Mike was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. He helped us pick out several pieces that would best fit out home. Mike was even kind enough to help us later that night with the set up. We are still in the process of installing all the pieces and it’s already a hit with our cats. I will definitely be ordering additional pieces. We got the cat bed with the fuzzy bed none of my cats will lay on it😑so I removed the bed they still won’t lay on it. The cat feeding station is used, I’d recommend CC to raise the feeding bowls up. My cats have to crouch down to drink/eat looks uncomfortable when they eat and drink. Raising the bowls up would create a better position for the cats to access food/water.
