Don't bother if you are a tobacco user. She will not be your doctor - her words. She was very clear that she does not do surgery if you do not pass a nicotine urine test. I too saw her 3 times wanting a distressed ankle tendon checked and a second opinion on my recent bunionectomy. I had lost confidence in the bunion surgeon when she didn't fix my hammer toes as planned so I had hoped Dr Gulledge would help me with that. I also have other painful issues. This doctor has not helped me one bit. I've been to her 3 times and I have done my best to describe my issue/injury. She has no idea what my issue is or how to help. She seems very inconsiderate. She kept looking at me like I was lying about all my symptoms. When I started crying during my appointment because she wasn't helping for the 3rd appointment in a row, she just asked if I wanted to see someone else and then left. I left this appointment crying and feeling hopeless.
