My mum has met wonderful people there. The blossom program is a great way for her to meet new friends and keep her involved with her peers. The staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly.
To the owners of Cataraqui Heights Retirement Residence. I have to say Molly at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. But when you have a concern and need to speak to the executive director, she is very rude to speak with over the phone..her attitude is terrible. Needs to learn how be more respectful. The nurse on the third floor, her name is Sue, along with her sidekick who does the medication does not bother to check in on my family member who is living there. A wonderful modern and clean independent care facility. The attention to detail for decor, activities, menus and services result in a classy and caring atmosphere. Both the staff and residents are very approachable and friendly which means you quickly feel at home and can easily become active with others. We felt the costs for the suite and services were commensurate with the quality of what was provided and thus saw great value. Recommend, Tracey Bean.

Good day all, please stay clear of this home as the director of wellness/Recreation is an unprofessional employee who does NOT look out for the best for the residents. Clearly her emotions cloud her judgement in offering great services to residents. You can take my opinion or not but I am someone who has worked with her and have seen it first hand. Thank you!
