I have to say Molly at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. But when you have a concern and need to speak to the executive director, she is very rude to speak with over the phone..her attitude is terrible. Needs to learn how be more respectful.
Good day all, please stay clear of this home as the director of wellness/Recreation is an unprofessional employee who does NOT look out for the best for the residents. Clearly her emotions cloud her judgement in offering great services to residents. You can take my opinion or not but I am someone who has worked with her and have seen it first hand. Thank you!
Knowing our parents will need a senior residence in the near future, as a family, we started touring local places together. It was our pleasure to tour Cataraqui Heights - it is by far - in our opinion - the BEST out there. I am glad we don't have to tour anymore! After the death of our father we decided to tour retirement homes for our mother. We toured a few and found that Cataraqui Heights was perfect. Our mother toured the residence and the display suite and fell in love with the decor (especially the purple sofa) she decided to go for it and never looked back. She's been there 3 months, she has made plenty of friends, likes the food, and especially social hour where there are always lots of laughs. This has been the best move that I have made so far and hopefully this is the last one I'm at Cataraqui Heights retirement residence and I've had nothing but nice things to say about it. The directors Jessica and Angela are doing an amazing job. And all the staff working here is very helpful and caring. There are plenty of activities to do here and a beautiful pool.
